Riffa Views is a gated residential community next to Awali and the Riffa area, built around the Royal Golf Club and its 18-hole championship course designed by Colin Montgomerie. It was Bahrain's first master-planned golf community and remains one of the best-known family addresses in the south.

According to the developer, there are 1,054 villas across three Signature Estates: Lagoons with 514 villas, Park with 339 and Oasis with 201. Each estate has its own architectural style, from Arabian-inspired Oasis to the waterside Lagoons and the Mediterranean-style Park.

Green space is central to the design. The developer lists 39 parks and around 900,000 square metres of communal gardens, linked by walkways and lakes. Residents also have the Royal Country Club for fitness, and Riffa Views International School sits within the community.

The community is developed by Riffa Views B.S.C. (c), licensed by Bahrain's Real Estate Regulatory Authority. Villas trade regularly on the resale and rental markets, and its success has shaped how newer gated communities in the south, such as Tilal Al Areen, are planned.
