About BIC Open Track Season
Open Track is Bahrain International Circuit's programme for private drivers and riders who want to use their own car or motorbike on a real Grand Prix venue. Sessions can be booked as a full day, a half day or a single session, and the season mixes daytime running with evening sessions under the circuit's floodlights.
The 2026-27 calendar has 16 dates, starting on Friday 23 October 2026 on the GP track and finishing on Thursday 29 April 2027 on the Inner track. Some dates use the full GP layout, others the shorter Inner circuit, and session times vary from morning starts to evenings running until 10pm or 11pm.
Every car and bike must pass scrutineering before going out, and participants need a valid, internationally recognised licence. It suits track day regulars, owners of performance cars and bikes, and anyone wanting to learn the circuit with an instructor. BIC also sells annual Gold, Silver and Bronze memberships for frequent users.

Good to know
- Book through bahraingp.com, with separate ticket pages for cars and for bikes. Single sessions start from BHD 22 for daytime early bird bookings, per the official page.
- You need a valid, internationally recognised licence, and every vehicle must pass scrutineering first.
- Car drivers must cover arms, legs and feet; a full-face helmet is required if the car has no windscreen. Helmets can be hired.
- Bike riders need full racing gear: leather suit, gloves, boots and helmet. Suits and helmets can be hired at the circuit.
